Professor of Procedural Law at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Rovira i Virgili University (Tarragona) and PhD in Law from the Rovira i Virgili University (2001). Alternate Magistrate of the Provincial Court of Tarragona. Former Dean of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the URV. Director of the Department of Private, Procedural and Financial Law. His main lines of research are the judicial protection of credit and assets. He is the author of ten monographs of ninety articles in specialized magazines and contributor to different collective books. He teaches Procedural Law in the undergraduate studies of Law and Labour Relations, and is also a professor of different masters and postgraduate specialization courses. In addition, he is a researcher in different research projects both in Catalonia and Spain.
