The Department of Private, Procedural and Financial Law is established on 1 January 2003, and it includes all members of the teaching and research specialties, which correspond to the following knowledge areas: Civil Law, Financial and Tax Law, Commercial Law, Private International Law, Procedural Law and Roman Law.
