Professor of Civil Law at the Rovira y Virgili University since 2009. Member of the Codification Commission of Catalonia since 2010, he is currently part of the Obligations and Contracts Section. Among his scientific production (DIALNET), the treatises on Catalan law written jointly with professors Antoni Vaquer and Pedro del Pozo stand out: Civil Law of Catalonia. Real rights (7 editions), Civil Law of Catalonia. Inheritance law (3 editions), Civil law of Catalonia. Family law (3 editions), i Civil law of Catalonia. Law of obligations and contracts (2 editions). He has held various management positions at the URV, including director of the Department of Private, Procedural and Financial Law (2007-2015) and general secretary of the University (2016-2018). He is currently secretary of the Department of Private, Procedural and Financial Law.
