Nuria Lambea Llop
Bachelor in Law (2013) and University Master in Business and Contract Law (2014, best academic record, Master's thesis with honors, first prize in the second edition of the Contest of new researchers of the Faculty of Law), both from the Rovira i Virgili University. She is a predoctoral researcher at the UNESCO Chair of Housing of the URV. She has been awarded a scholarship by the Generalitat de Catalunya (FI Fellowship 2016) to prepare her doctoral thesis, which deals with models of management of social housing in a comparative perspective.
She has been a principal researcher in a project about the management of social housing in Catalonia funded by the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (2014-2015), and member of the research group of four competitive projects. As a result of her research, she has published several articles and has participated in congresses and conferences both internationally and nationally and locally (Görlitz, Lisbon, Perpignan, Belfast, Zurich, Uppsala, Barcelona, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Tarragona, Reus). She has carried out three research stays at Tu Delft (Netherlands, 2014), at the University of Birmingham (United Kingdom, 2017) and at the NUI Galway (Ireland, 2018).
Her main lines of research are housing policies, social housing, intermediate tenures and tourist flats. She teaches at the Real Estate Agent and Property Management Course (URV Foundation) and at the Degrees of Tourism and Geography and Land Planning of the URV.
