Full Professor of the area of Financial and Tax Law. Director of the Customs Foundation Chair - URV of Customs Studies. Director of the Master of Customs Law of the URV. Coordinator of the training offer of business and Spanish language of the URV, for Chinese universities. Principal researcher (1) of the R&D project of the Ministry of Science and Innovation: "Mobility, urban housing and rural housing in the post-COVID-19 digital era: taxes, customs and financial situation" (PID2020-112876GB-C33). He has taught and conducted research stays in numerous state and foreign universities. Author of more than 120 scientific publications. Current line of research: taxation of transnational trade / environmental taxation (green hydrogen).
