Gemma Caballé Fabra
Predoctoral Researcher at the UNESCO Housing Chair at the Rovira i Virgili University (URV) with a FI-DGR (2017) grant from the Generalitat de Catalunya. Graduated in Law (2014) awarded the extraordinary prize and Master's Degree in Company Law and Contract (2015) also awarded the extraordinary prize. Her main line of research is related to the profession of real estate brokerage, "condohotels", intermediate holdings, housing policies and the concept of housing. He has held two research stays in the UK: at the University of Essex (2015) and at the University of Cambridge (2017). He has participated in various national and international conferences, such as the European Network for Housing Research (ENHR). He has been a principal researcher in a project funded by the Banco Sabadell Foundation in 2016 entitled "The legal regime of the condohoteles." She is also a teacher in the Law Degree (URV) and in the Course of Real Estate Agents (URV Foundation).
