Congress on Tax Simulation in Tribute to Prof. Dr. Tulio Rosembuj

One of the areas of study that most owe Professor Tulio Rosembuj is the doctrinal analysis of fraud of law, simulation and abuse of forms in tax law. His teachings have served as a guide for several studies published by members of the consolidated research group "Tax Law, Tax and Business Policy".
Precisely a member of this Group, Prof. Luís Manuel Alonso González, has just published a monograph on the aforementioned subject, in the name of which, La simulation tributaria, gives its name to this Congress in homage to Prof. Rosembuj.
Given that Prof. Rosembuj taught at the UB and, in addition, had a strong link with the URV, having participated in congresses on tax engineering, it has been considered appropriate to hold this Congress in two venues, with the opening session in Tarragona and the calusura session in Barcelona.
