1) Approval, if applicable, of the draft minutes of the previous sessions (attached doc. 1 and 2).
2) Report of the director.
3) Approval, where appropriate, of the maintenance of the criteria for the distribution of the previous year's budget for 2025.
4) Approval, if applicable, of the Department's contract-programme.
5) Approval, if applicable, of the creation of an executive committee to deal with matters of ordinary management in accordance with article 18 of the Department's Regulations (attached doc. 3).
6) Ratification, if applicable, of the position of Lecturer assigned to the Civil Law area.
7) Ratification, where appropriate, of the profile and the selection board of the position, as well as the proposal to reduce the credits corresponding to the position in the previous point (attached doc. 4 and 5).
