Xènia Fuguet Carles obtains the position of lecturer with the profile of Commercial Law and Competition Law
On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, a public competition for access to a position of temporary teaching and research staff in the category of lecturer, attached to the Department of Private, Procedural, and Financial Law, took place at the Faculty of Legal Sciences, as part of the María Goyri Program for the incorporation of teaching and research talent into Spanish public universities, with a profile in Commercial Law and Competition Law.
The selection committee, made up of Dr. Pablo Girgado Perandones from Rovira Virgili University as president, Dr. Miguel Gimeno Ribes from the University of Valencia as secretary, and Dr. Linda Navarro Matamoros from the University of Murcia as a member, proposed Dr. Xènia Fuguet Carles for the position.
